30 Days…Day 27

This Saturday marks the last weekend of my challenge!  Starting Wednesday, my challenge will be over.  However, I know for sure I won’t be going back to how I was prior to these past 30 days…I might have a soda every now and then, but definitely not the 2-3 per day that I was drinking.  I feel so much better; more energetic, less “hangry,” and I don’t have dips of exhaustion around 3:00 pm anymore.   Overall, this was probably one of the best things I could have done for myself!

 

Day 27:   Three more days to go!  Last weekend of the challenge!
